I received permission to add these comments. Again thank you all for your kind words. The survey and the feedback has been very informative and we are delighted by the results.

Reliable will go out of their way to find an item for us that we need that they may not usually carry. They will get it for me and deliver it next day. They always follow up on every request and their delivery guy is awesome. He stacks the cases of paper for me every week exactly where I need them. They also send a representative out once a month to talk to me and make sure everything is good. I have nothing but accolades for Reliable.
